cheerz 4 all ur input guys, i did first session this morning, aint easy! my body is good at adding bulk comes quite easy, im 19, so mayb 30lbs of muscle in 6 weeks aint dat crazy lol, but this is the only program ive ever done thats focused on squats, usualy i dont like them, but its true they really do work the whole body!
