I've been going to the gym for 1 month and I want to focus more on strength rather than building muscle (I know building muscle builds strength too but I want to focus on strength a little more)
Today I did:
Deadlift with 35lbs
Farmer's Walk with 90lbs
Goblet Squat with 45lbs
I am interested in hearing:
- What other exercises I should do
- What are some good numbers and what I should aim toward
