Long story short , i havent been able to train for the past 6-7 weeks .I wasnt injured but couldnt train for personal reasons that i'm not going to discuss here
Am sure alot of folks here have been in the same boat and know what its like to get back into training after a set back.
Not 100% sure of the best way to approach this...going too heavy to begin with will likely cause injury and also fuck with my head (when the lifts aint happenin )
OK bro's i got a good mass building program off SL that i will start when i get back on track.
Have definitely lost strength and size ( am currently 200lbs )
Tried to eat right but gained some bf for sure...
Am thinking of doing 4 weeks of BB style training on a 4 day split mon,tue,-thur,fri.
Any suggestions, input or links would be appreciated.
