The start of a year long cycle

swelling even worse. feel like I'm gonna pop it's so tight and each and benadryl ain't helping.

swelling is down. waist around naval is 37 in down from 39.5 in two weeks ago. pain was incredible but worth it. will probably start cycle in two weeks.

well 5 weeks after surgery and I'm impressed, still lot of work ahead. will post updates shortly.
