Starr 5x5 Intermediate or Starting Strength?

Hello, I have been training for almost a year. In that time I did Darden's New HIT from June until November and since then have been doing Alwyn Cosgrove routines from the book New Rules of Lifting.

So I have been squatting/deadlifting for maybe six to seven months. My deadlift form is solid. Squat form is okay, and improving all the time.

Basically I am trying to decide if I would get more from Starting Strength or from Bill Starr's 5x5 Intermediate.

Can anyone help me to decide? Thanks.

I have no idea what darden's workout is. I'd say start with starting strength first, and if you can make gains, then stick with it. if you stall very quickly, go to the intermediate.
