I´m like 6"4 and a good 230 lbs. not too lean or big really, havent lifted in a long time.
I want to get a good condition for running.
my personal best was 9 MPH for 10 minutes I think. but that wasn´t on running shoes and I never did get around to really building up.
I want to be able to run 10 MPH for 15 minutes or something asap. after that
I´ll start adding little bits of incline.
I basically want to improve my ability to move as much as possible within 10 minutes. Not a sprint but a short distance.
How often would I train, and should I go to the absolute edge every time?
If need be I can run until I´m dizzy and sweating like a horse with high blood pressure. Is that the best thing for progress?
