stalling?

i think im starting to stall on some of my exercises. i've been lifting with barbells for a little more than 2 months. should i switch to dumbbells? or is there another way to prevent stalling? thanks
 
drop the weight by 10-15% and keep adding more each workout untill you are back to where you are now, and you should be able to keep adding more weight for a while.

provided diet and sleep etc are in check.
 
you should switch it up, probley you just hit a platue go with the dumbells for about 4-5 weeks and come back to the barbell after that
 
thanks. im going to lower my weight and see if i can increase gradually. if not im going to try dumbbells.
