I had knee joint surgery 4 months ago and I'm fully recovered I used to squat 200 kilos before surgery, now than I'm back in the game how much sould I start with? thank you.

I’d use the leg press machine if you have access to one for a couple of weeks before squatting.

Start with just body weight squats. Go slow and work your way back up.

It's not a race. Since you haven't squatted in a long time, it'll be almost like squatting for the first time again. You will need to relearn proper form
