Excerpt: Okay so here is the deal. My gyms keep opening and closing so I got tired of paying a monthly membership and bought a squat rack. I got enough space for that, barbells and a bench. How would you navigate the equipment I have into a split routine. My goals are just to lift and get stronger and more muscle, pretty standard. Not a competitor or anything like that.

How would you navigate the equipment I have into a split routine. My goals are just to lift and get stronger and more muscle, pretty standard. Not a competitor or anything like that.

    I would do 2 sets on 10 exercises and alternate from and back each time you lift. that is what i do on my limited setup i am using during pandemic. works great

    You will learn to get creative. Also, check out youtube as a lot of people are doing the same exact thing.
