Sprints for leg development

The 100m runners have incredible legs, almost better than any bodybuilder. Could I just do sprints as my only leg workouts?
Could I get 100 Meter dash legs if I train doing a few 100 meter sprints on leg day?
 
Those sprinters also squad a fuck ton. The number one exercise for speed is squats.

I am doing my masters in sports nutrition and work with a lot of sprinters. They do squats multiple days per week to build explosiveness and power in their sprint. Most sprinters weight train 5 days per week.

You will not get the legs of a sprinter by just doing sprints. You also need to do weight bearing exercises like squats, hack squats, deadlifts, etc.
 
Suck it up and hit a hard leg day!

Sprints alone will not do it. Think of the pure strength and size of your legs. They need serious training with weights.
 
Sprints for leg hypertrophy. LOL.

You must be joking, right? Are you also juicing but dont want to train legs?
