Only as of the last 2 months I have seen going for runs nearly every 2nd day, or just days thats Im not doing weights.
For the most part of that time I was waering studded football boots, running on a dirt road, then alot of preople told me to only wear normal running joggers.
Since wearing the joggers and at the end of the time when I stoppoed wearing the boots, my left leg from the knee down is in pain.
Like bone wise, not the muscles.
Anyone know how this came to be, or what I can do to help??
