chin up bw + 70 for 2, 1 and 1 dead hang, chin over bar, hold for three seconds
seated press behind neck 162 x 5, 4 and 2 (no back brace)
would prefer to do push presses, but i lift at home with a seven foot ceiling, dont want to break the light fixtures
lying extensions, 110 for 12, shoulder width grip, felt good, thought i would only get 9
not impressive compared to many in here, but i keep progressing, albeit at a snails pace.
