skull crushers alternatives

Hey bros I ended up hurting my elbows doing skull crushers, I wonder what other alternatives do you recommend for triceps.
 
well if your elbow is hurt you need to rest that thing bro

there isn't a tricep exercise that doesn't involve the elbows lol .. if you keep pounding you will develop tendonitis. so rest that elbow and then gradually get back into training. i do standing pulldowns, dips, and bench press for my triceps.. you can also do pushups
 
Try doing skull crushed on a decline bench. It takes a lot of tension off the elbow.

I never do skull crushers on a flat bench anymore. Always a decline or a incline bench.
 
I would give it rest. Any tricep exercise is going to involve bending at the elbow so just rest up until it is better.
