the only benefit of cardio is it is healthy and should not be used as a weightloss tool but used only as a "healthy" activity. would you agree or dissagree
Actually, it is possible to burn more calories standing still then with aerobics, but only if you are sitting in a very cold room. Once thermogenesis kicks in, and the body starts to use fat for maintaining body temperature, it can very easily surpass the energy requirements of aerobics at room temperature.
Cool. I live in Minnesota. The high next week is supposed to be in the single digits....... I think I see a business plan forming. Come to Minnesota for a week in the winter, sit in the snow, and lose 10 lbs.
