you know, i have never been trained and pushed by a trainer. honestly, right now i feel like shit eventhough it's been about 3 hours i got back from the gym.
my legs, shit i can't even walk, that trainner worked me out for sure, and thanfully the session was free.
hey doesn't it sound like the trainer boned me, lol!
but anyhow, i have new respect for trainers, cuz shit i feel like shitsssss, i don't know if i'll be able to walk tomorrow. thankfully i am on my 1-ad cycle and other shit. so i was wired enough to take all the reps and sets. but still it was tough as hell...
