Side raises vs. Front raises

They work different muscles, so it depends on your goals and the like. Please check the exercise pictures/videos sticky.
 
i've looked at the vids.

I'm just confused.




Here is my routine, does it look like I'm working ALL of my delts?
I feel like I work my ant delt when I do flies though.



Monday - Chest / Triceps


Tris – pushdowns, Bent-over extensions

Chest - flat bench, incline bench, machine flys, chest cable cross




Tuesday- Back / Forearms


back - seated Row, lat pull down,reverse flies, shoulder raises

Forearms - wrist curls, reverse preacher curls





Wednesday

Abs - crunches, reverse crunches, right/left oblique crunches




Thursday - Legs / Calves

Legs - Leg Ext, Leg Curls




Friday - Shoulders / Biceps

Shoulders – shrugs, incline press, Row (to neck with elbows out), side raise

Bis - preacher curls, one arm curls
 
You can hit 2 birds with one stone with the military press
Rear deltoids can be hit with most back work
Hmmm...you don't really have many compound moves, are you injured? Most of those seem like isolation movements...doesn't seem like you'll grow much.
What are your goals?

Presses will normally involve anterior deltoid, pulling movements will involve rear deltoid and medial deltoid is used during an upright row, lateral raises, military press (whenever your arms draw away from the midline of your body)
 
Fronts are more for your Front Delts where Sides are for your medials. Here's my shoulder workout...

Military Press 5x5
Sides 2x10
Rears 2x10
Dumbell Shrugs 3x10
 
I had a bad rotator cuff that I've rehabbed for the most part. But I work the rear delts every week (with face pulls) as a way to try to keep my shoulder strength balanced. As I've read, this helps to ward off injury.
