I'm just confused.
Here is my routine, does it look like I'm working ALL of my delts?
I feel like I work my ant delt when I do flies though.
Monday - Chest / Triceps
Tris – pushdowns, Bent-over extensions
Chest - flat bench, incline bench, machine flys, chest cable cross
Tuesday- Back / Forearms
back - seated Row, lat pull down,reverse flies, shoulder raises
Forearms - wrist curls, reverse preacher curls
Wednesday
Abs - crunches, reverse crunches, right/left oblique crunches
Thursday - Legs / Calves
Legs - Leg Ext, Leg Curls
Friday - Shoulders / Biceps
Shoulders – shrugs, incline press, Row (to neck with elbows out), side raise
Bis - preacher curls, one arm curls
