shoulder stretches

I have two stretches for shoulders but they are arguably more trap stretches
1) Hook the inside of a wrist just above the elbow of the other arm and pull it across your body to stretch the inside of the elbow over to the opposite shoulder. This should stretch through the shoulder and slightly into the trap muscle.

2) Hold the back of one hand with the other hand and press away with fully extended arms. Round the back slightly while pressing and you should get a stretch across the traps and through both shoulders.

Holding the stick in both hands overhead, lower the stick as far down behind you as possible. If you can't get to the bottom grip a little wider. Not so much for the delts or traps, but for your scapula ROM.
