Shoulder Injury

Don't know why but my shoulder hurts, maybe one of ya have had a similar injury and can diagnose it for me:

This motion:

Except with the upper arm parellel to the ground in front of you.

Pain around/under the rear deltoid.

Anybody know what this would be?

The link did not work for me, but I have had a few shoulder injuries (I play baseball and have reoccuring shoulder problems - genetics mostly) and from what I understand of your description it sounds like it could be a tear in the labrum or even a partial tear of the rotator cuff. Get that shit checked and stop doing any lifting until you do. Trust me on this one, been there done that.
