Shoulder injury

    Shoulder injury

    So Iím going to be out with a bad shoulder injury. Would it be advised to continue training and focus on everything lower body. Good idea?

    Train the lower body but rehab the shoulder.

    you can still do stuff even with a bum shoulder

    the shoulders are extremely overtrained already, so laying off for a bit will do you good.. funny how the body punishes people

    If you can train around it go for it. Just make sure you dont aggravate the injury

    Yes. Do everything else besides those that will directly affect your shoulders.
