Should I stay or should I go?

I normally work out every other day. However we are having out annual IT picnic tomorrow so I can't do my regular chest workout tomorrow.

So should I move it up to today or should I delay until Friday? I really hate going off schedule and if I delay 'til Friday I will still do my back workout on Saturday to stay on schedule.

Last night my tris were a little sore from an arm workout Sun. but today I feel fine.

If you're go to go today...hit it hard today and take advantage of all the food at the picnic to recover tomorrow:p
 
You own the schedule. The schedule does not own you.

Cancel all training until next week and give yourself a mental break.
