should I lift when sore?

Hey I had a question about soreness and weight training. I have changed up my workouts and upped my volume, the results are coming in fast and furious now. I am very happy. However I notice with this much weight training reps I get sore. Should I lift even if the soreness is there or take the day off
 
You should not lift when sore
if sore take time off at least 1 week

bro i banged 2 chicks yesterday behind gf back, she was in other room lol. i sore as fuck, my groin and hammies sore. still went and did legs. man up bro
 
No, rest is just as important as gym time. But don’t use that an excuse to rest all day.
