I've been down that road before. It's not going to do your body any good if you hit
the weights, but feel too weak to put any real kind of weight. So,
Take a day off and let your body rest. Then get back in the gym, but take it
easy for a workout or two. Remember to take your multi-vitamins and extra vitamin C
along with lots of sleep at night.
You'll be fine before the end of the week.
