Security guard weight training

I'm sure some of you on here have done security guard work I'm a big guy over 6 foot tall and 250 plus pounds but I haven't really ever weight train I'm just a naturally big guy . I want to get stronger especially if I'm gonna be wrestling guys to the ground working security at clubs and discos.
Best weight training for me?
 
big compound lifts try those, squats deadlifts and bench press that will make you strong and fast
 
Don't forget endurance too. If you have to engage someone physically you can tire out quickly if you are not fit. Just being strong isn't everything.
