saunas? do they work

well, i wanna lose some water weight in my face.. ive been on medication for years, and it just makes my face seem puffy. so im gonna try the sauna and some cardio. i did 20 mins of cardio today and 15 mins in the sauna. i was sweating like a slave when i was done.. if i did this twice a week,for a few weeks, would i notice anything in the face area?

Probably not your solution. Sweat a bit and drop a few pounds, then drink some water and gain it all back.

Actually, drinking a lot of water is a good durietic. Also beneficial for other aspects.

The more water you drink the less water you will hold.
