And i think i'm back to fluff for awhile while cutting continues, I can't go heavy all the time. I felt like SHIT after those big singles... put me out of commision.
I'll try to stick to triples or 5's
Good to see that milk and steak still do a body good.
Though I hate you all because i'm crabby and dieting, lol.
