It's moderate cal. day.. i'll have oats tonight too, in preparation for tomorrows "Friday" lifting routine (saturday).... i'm not sure when i'm going to hit the gym probably mid-late afternoon. I'm not a morning BIG lifter. Cuz i donl't have enough fuel in me yet to power the core lifts. Morning cardio/whatever lifter sure... but not this routine, no way am I going to attempt it.

~9:00am
1.5 cups of Oats (honey mixed in, and some splenda)
5 eggs (with a little cheese scrambled in)
16 oz Milk
8 oz OJ

~12:00pm
~ 40 grams Whey
10oz Milk + some h20 for filler
2 Tb. ANPB
Handfull of Almonds

2:05pm
1 Chicken breast (8-10oz)
.75 cup brocolli
1 good size Sweet potato (Cancelled, the one i thought i had here... was bad, lol)
1 cup oats instead
Olive Oil
Sea salt
Little handful of almonds

3:55pm
I'm hungry :evil:
Glass of milk and some more almonds

{I swore I ate something else somewhere here... blah}

5:00pm
10oz 100% Apple Juice

{30 mins of Cardio here}

7:30pm
1 cajun Chicken breast
1.5 cup of rice with beans in it (so friggin' good... gotta find out how this was made)
.5 cup brocolli
16oz Milk

Cardio tonight.


10 minutes walking incline (~7-12.0) @ 2.8 - 3.5 speed
05 minutes stationary bike @ 4

Yeah... i think i'm going to fit day today's food cuz surprizingly enough I'm eating, and eating more... the beast wants to eat but the beast don't wanna get no fatta if u know what i mean :rolleyes:

Gotta find out how this "follow how I feel day" went!

*Not as bad as I thought so far but the day isn't over, LOL! ... posted macros up there*

just woke up again. 7:30am I was up for my PPH (lol) but now i'm up for good. 11 hours sleep :garza:

My back is ... wow... damn sore.

Going to make a super shake concotion thingy for some immediate fuel.

Ingredients:

Oats
Whey
Honey
Apple Juice
Milk

and whatever else I deem appropriate :) maybe a banana.

Can't wait to lift today and get that workout rollin' :coffee:

went friggin' beautifully... loved it...

Squat cadence was sick, just kept pumpin' them out. Got a little winded on the last few sets though.

Bench:

Benching went well, form is on point... shoulder problems: Ziltch :) Exploded on the positive made some noise... went smoooth.

GP Rows:

Rows went well... nice explosiveness on the upward... made alot of noise actually.
