routine for bigger neck

Hi guys when you work out your neck muscles what's is the recovery time? I heard neck muscles are very sensitives
and you can not over train them, thank you.

cleans are the best way to build a strong neck. nobody does them though cause most gyms do not like you dropping the weights. you can easily setup something in your garage with a mat and bar/weights to do them
