Which routine is best? Reply please! I need your opinion

Ok. My new years resolution is to gain some more serious beef.


I have two routines and I need your opinion on which routine is better

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
routine A

1st day
Shoulders, traps, biceps, triceps, abs

2nd day
Lats, chest, lower back, legs, calves
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Routine B:

1st day
chest, triceps, shoulders, biceps, abs

2nd day
lats, lower back, traps, legs, calves
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------



So which routine is better? What do you think?
A or B

Well.... For back you do pull downs and deadlifts. For legs only squats and for calves you do toe presses. Not much sets. Its not too high volume routine, so its ok..
Only 4-5 different exercises.

do you have to do only 2 days? can you spread it out so you cangive a little more attention to your major bodyparts..........
 
Try both, and you'll see which works best.

I doubt one is inherently better than the other.

I have to do 2 days... I cant tolerate the intensity I am at and train at 3 or more days per week.

Dorian was juiced as hell and he only managed to do 4 per week.
So how can a natural do that much or near that much???
