I did 2 sets of bent knee situps today with an 85 pound DB on my chest. I hold it with my palms on the ends of the DB at about my nipples, when I get to the top of the rep I roll the dumbell up towards my neck making it heavier while going back down. It works pretty well because of course you can lower more weight than you can raise.
