Yes I will definetely try lower weight and also will train hams more, they are huge weak link. That grip comes from almost never using straps and a lot of strongman stuff. Thanks for posting bro
 
It is weird because you dont know whether you are doing top portion of a squat or a real GM. For example ED used pure lower back, but I used a little legs.. chain suspended feel much better
