O OMEGA New member Dec 22, 2003 #13 I like doinf them totally bent over old school arnold style, not the new way where youback is arched up, my body like them tyhe other way, the harder the better....... but for the above type of prgram it does not fit in for me

T TNBulldog New member Jan 23, 2004 #18 dumbell bent over rows I agree that dumbell rows are easier on my back than barbell rows. doing all the work that I do involving my back, I want as little stress on my low back as possible. With my olympic dumbells I can add all the weight I want too.

O OMEGA New member Jan 23, 2004 #20 really? I judt did them yesterday with 155 pounds for 4 sets of 12 today I feel like my back is just a little bit stronger not trying be smart assy, I really feel this way about it to each his own.......
