Recovering from pain

Excerpt: I have been lifting for a while.... Unfortunately recently hurt myself doing a simple workout and I am having an issue recovering. What do you think is the best way to recover ? Take time off completely or actively warm up???

    Recovering from pain

    I have been lifting for a while.... Unfortunately recently hurt myself doing a simple workout and I am having an issue recovering. What do you think is the best way to recover ? Take time off completely or actively warm up???

    Most of the time the answer is rest and training around the injury.

    in 99% of cases you need to rest. the body is going to be the best self repairer available but if you do not give it a chance then it will not be able to do it
