How long would it take to recover for overtraining ?

Let's say you've worked for months w/o rest (yeah I know it is rather stupid ...) and you just take some days off (not even cardio)

use the tap tester to find out :)
waking pulse etc and how you feel

It's different for everyone, and your lifestyle, diet, amount of fatigue etc etc

Sometimes your bodie let you go/train/lift whereas you'd rather take some rest :worried:

Well of course, thats what seperates bodybuilders from the rest of the people out there....we feel pain, and keep going.....a normal person starts feeling pain, and quits. But you gotta keep things in perspective too. If your weights have consistently been stuck at a plateau, you have no energy in the gym, or psychologically your just not "in the zone", then perhaps you should take some time off....just a suggestion.
