Excerpt: How do you guys record your workout? Does anyone do it online? Does anyone have any software to document their progress and workouts? Or do you just bust out the pen and paper and scribble down your sets and reps? If so, do you do it freely on paper, or in a structured row/column format? I need to figure out the best way to record my workout. I mean, how will I know if I'm improving if I can't tell where I've been?? ------------------ EVERYBODY HAS THEIR OWN AGENDA
