Recommendation for Resistance Bands?

Texas Guy

New member
Sometimes I travel to places that don't have a convenient gym. Or I work too late and the gym is closed. Does anyone have a recommendation for some resistance bands that can be used in a hotel room. There's Therabands, StretchCordz, All Pro, Lifeline, Spri, and others. What is the best for a intermediate/advanced lifter?

check on the color code and order based on what you think you could handle for certain movements. the color codes will indicate the resistance level. the bands we have at my club range from yellow, green, red and blue. i normally dont have anyone use higher than green for the movements but red or blue would be good for a more advanced/stronger person in basic movements (rows) but green is suitable for shoulder raises and even overhead presses. im unsure of the brand though...sorry bout that.
