"Injured" training

SoreArms

New member
I have a stress fracture on my heel and need to stay off my feet for a few weeks, so that means no gym.

All I have available to me at home are some 20 lb DB's, while not heavy, it they should be OK for some high rep stuff.

Anyways, I am looking for excersies I can do, basically all has to be done while sitting down. I'm not sure if I can do push ups or sit-up, but I am going to give them a shot. Bicept and tricept is obiously simple, but what for muscle groups like back (I'm not sure I can stand long enough for bentover DB rows), chest (if I can't do push-ups), etc....

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

If it is just your heel then just concentrate on bench exercises where there is no standing involved. Dont use a stress Fx heel as an excuse not to work out. There is plenty of exercises you can still do.
