A great high intensity movement, but should be completed only once every 2 or 3 months.

This is more of a shock movement.

I do 21's for my calves. They are killer. I do toe presses on the leg press and i do 7 toes front, 7 toes out, and 7 toes in and Ouch, they kill my calves!
