I'm not a friggin n00b, I understand these things. I know you schmucks like to make sweeping generalizations when it comes to training / eating, but you need to also admit that a person's own body is the true barometer by which any training program or "diet" (that term was used loosely, fyi) should and will be measured.

Yeah if your strength is really tapering off then you are cutting out too many calories.

oatmeal

tuna w/ flax

steak w/ beans & salsa

pwo shake

steak w/ broccoli

talapia

Started my training week early since I'll be in LA Wed-Mon. Then NY the next week, then Vegas the next week. Fuck me sideways. Switched up my routine randomly. Tested things out.

Mon, 2/11

Ran a couple miles on the beach. Probably 2 or so. Building up my stamina, I guess. Beach running seems much easier on my back than street running.
