a question for the time-pressured

I am able to train most days, but have a max time of 1 hour, as I need to rely on the creche at the gym. This is total one hour, including warm-up, weights, any cardio after weights, and cooldown/stretching.
Should I go for one bodypart a day and really blitz it, or what??? And should I do more exercises with less sets or vice versa to maximise my use of time???????

One hour is plenty of time to totally blitz one bodypart if you're hitting it like you should (even considering warm-ups, stretching, etc).

It will be hard to fit in much more than one bodypart, however.
