Question on my split

[FONT=&quot]Hey guys i just have a lil question on my split.. My current split goes like this:[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Tue-Chest[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Wed-Legs[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Thur-Delts[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Fri-Arms[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Sat-Rest[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Sun-Rest[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]My question is basically about thursday and friday.. I just wanna know that when i do dips and CG bench presses on arms day, i know shoulders play a part in these movements.. but by doing these movements does it affect my shoulder progress which i worked hard for the previous day(thursday)?[/FONT]
 
4 out of 5 days you are working your shoulders. i promise you if you do that week by week for a while you will end up with rotator cuff tears in no time

i do not see the point in dedicating an entire day to just delts, that is just making the issue worse.
