I know its bad to work a muscle everyday...but i love to end my workouts blowing out as many as i can..usually 50-100 depending on how i feel...any feedback appreciated...thanks

only do pushups after my chest workout, usually two burnout sets.
for instance, if i do flat and incline chest, i will do decline pushups (feet up). or incline and decline, then flat pushups.
