If you put in effort why not.
Any given program will work and will produce results as long as there's right amount of intensity/effort and some kind of realistic long term progression.

It's good for beginners
as long as you are being honest about hitting the legs on those days (squats on push day and deadlifts on pull day for example) then that is fine
the danger that most guys do with large splits is they over train shoulders.. your shoulders should NOT be trained too much, they are a very fragile group of soft tissues and once they start tearing it is all downhill
