Do you guys have a good 4 days a week push-pull routine?
There is one on t-nation but I don't like the choice of exercises
Also, any comment on the push-pull approach?

I have used this for a while:
Squat
Bench
OHP
Ancillary
Deadlift
Pullup
Row
Rotators
Off
Repeat 1 and 2
Off
Off
Squatting and DLing so much got to me after 4 months, so I started rotating intensity on the two. I also dropped DLs for a while and focused on Power clean instead. I love the rotation and prefer to push before pull day, since the lats are used a bit for bench too.
I agree and it's interesting that chest/back style workouts are used more frequently.
that sounds good for daily workout for chest/back.
