    Either or. For example I train back (pull) and my bench press (push) on the same day.

    you should balance it out, whether it is on the same day or not is another argument

    if you look around your gym most guys can push way more than pull and their posture reflects that.

    btw i prefer separating the day of push and pull

    I switch it up but itís not necessary. I do feel it helps keep my from getting to tight in one area though sometimes.

    It doesn't matter to me whether I do them on the same day or separate days. Make sure you are doing them though.

    I like keeping mine separate. I work one major muscle group per day.

    You want to keep a good balance when you lift. Lift equally whether it be push/pull or muscle groups.
