Push and pull method

When you lift do you think to add a exercise to counter the push such as a pull exercise? Or do you look to have separate push/pull days?
 
I switch it up but it’s not necessary. I do feel it helps keep my from getting to tight in one area though sometimes.

It doesn't matter to me whether I do them on the same day or separate days. Make sure you are doing them though.
 
You want to keep a good balance when you lift. Lift equally whether it be push/pull or muscle groups.
