I was just wondering what you guys thought of the push/pull routine? I havent really seen ne one on the boards post nething about it. I would just like to kno ne one that has any experience with it and how they liked it.
Similar to what I run: lower push (Sunday), upper pull (Tuesday), lower pull (Thursday), upper push (Friday). Emphasis (I hope) is on my legs and back since I am working them earlier in the week. Also using maintenance loads on my last two days.
