Push./ Pull

Do you guys split your workouts into push pull days ? I was curious to what people thought about that ?

i tried it for a few - a 6 & a 12 week before. It was ok but I don’t think I will do it again as I personally get better results & just prefer other splits. It was ok if you needed to do a full body split in a single day-am/pm (I was saving days to train for a sport).

when i was at my peak of weight training yes I would do a 3 day split

now I do full body workouts.. pretty much a couple sets per muscle group at 50%. this strategy won't build strength or muscle optimally, but it is great for someone just looking to keep mass and be healthy
