where is it that you have injured? I tore my aducter(or abducter) the one that pulls the leg in together. I had to do a lot of rest, then do things like squeezing things between the knees to get the strength back in it, you can vary the size of the things you squeeze to get differernt areas. Also i did lots of groin streches where i would drop over 1 foot and keep the other leg straight, i held these for only 8 seconds at a time.
