Pull-up and variations mistakes

The muscle up should be done in one fluid movement, your hands should not come away from the bar.

I don't understand how are you performing the exercises if your elbows hit the bar? Makes no sense.

When you pull yourself up you should have at least some backward lean if you do that "kipping" thing.


I never pretended to do the right movement. I do a pull-up, chest to bar, and then I lift my elbows up above. I don’t have any legs movement. I don’t hope to have perfect without any experience.

It is easier to learn a strict Muscle-Up. I broke my clavicle last year so I don’t like to strike or kick a tendon. I try to take care.
